Please note: Due to the personal nature of jewellery (ie worn against the skin or in the ear lobe) I don’t accept returns unless the item is faulty. However, if there is an issue, please contact me as I may still be able to help you. Please let me know if anything arrives in a damaged state as everything is personally checked by me before being sent out, so I may need to claim from the Post Office or courier.

My core working hours are generally 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday, although they can vary. I am not always in the office & may be in the workshop or attending an event with my pop-up shop.  I aim to respond within 24 hours during the working week. Queries received after 4pm Friday might not receive a response until Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a public holiday).
